We invite you to explore the pages of our website for inspiration and ideas. This showcases a selection of our latest projects that we hope serve to provide vision for your own upcoming project. Should you feel you require additional design input or advice, we liaise with a range of experienced interior designers who specialise in bathroom, kitchen and general renovation design.
1. Your Project
The prospect of renovating can be quite daunting for some. Our aim is to make the process as straight forward as possible. We can arrange for one of our interior consultants to meet at your home at a time of your choosing. At this meeting we will listen to your design ideas and practical requirements and discuss your budget. We always strive to achieve the best possible outcome within any budget for our clients.
2. Project Proposal
After our initial meeting the team at L&G Creative Projects should have a firm understanding of your requirements. We will create a project proposal based on your budget, which will include a detailed outline of the scope of works. We will also provide a start and completion date for your consideration.
3. The Project
After your approval of the quotation and project details the L&G Creative Projects team will appoint a project manager who will be responsible for all aspects of your project. Project Managers keep you informed of your renovation progress at regular intervals. High-level communication skills are something the L&G Team prides themselves on.
The L&G Creative Projects team carefully prepares your home and begins stripping out old materials in readying the room for its transformation. Whilst renovating can be a messy and arduous task, L&G have the right skills, tools and machinery for the job.
Our team of highly skilled carpenters, plumbers and electricians get to work. At this point we will install or move any wiring or pipes required to suit your new room layout. Carpenters prepare the room for plastering. Cabinet makers then install cabinets and your vision begins to unfold.
The next step in the process is waterproofing. L&G Creative Projects waterproof to Australian Standards and are licensed and certified to carry out these works. This process requires time to cure so there will be days where no professionals are on site. The room is now ready for tilers to take over. Installing tiles is one of the most critical parts of the renovation process. This can often take a number of days depending on the quantity and style of tiles being laid.
Our skilled team of plumbers and electricians return. Plumbers will fit off taps, toilets, sinks and vanities. Electricians will fit off power points, fans, lights and appliances. Painters will give the room a fresh feel to compliment your choice of fixtures and fittings. At this point the new space really starts to come together. Caulking is applied after the fit off. The final trade on site will be professional glaziers to install shower screens and mirrors.
It is now time for our professional cleaning team to work their magic. Our project manager will then undertake a final inspection prior to handing over the completed renovation. We happily provide all appropriate certificates guaranteeing our work.
